I have heard of taking the light assembly completely out and putting vinegar in it and shaking it around. Although i've never tried it.How and what do you use to clean 1998 Cadillac STS headlights.?there is a product at the auto parts store that will do the trick,so i was told.cost around 35.00 bucks.
