I'm looking to buy a 95 Cadillac STS for $500 dollars but it will not start. security problems?

I found a great deal on a 1995 Cadillac STS, Northstar, will not start, has security problems and it will not let it start. what should I do because I don't want to pass this deal up if its an inexpensive fix.I'm looking to buy a 95 Cadillac STS for $500 dollars but it will not start. security problems?run away from it and fast! if it won't start at all then it could be anything wrong with it including the entire motor. don't trust the word of someone selling a used car.I'm looking to buy a 95 Cadillac STS for $500 dollars but it will not start. security problems?i would pass it up! you don,t know what else is wrong with it since it won,t start. as far as you know it might need a transmission. there might be more wrong then security problems.
