You slip it between the glass and rubber trim of the door about even with the manual door lock button. Work it inside the door pushing or pulling when you feel something. No guarantees. If you get a door open you should be able to get the back seat out, maybe just the back of it. The seats are bolted and cliped down around the edges. Then you can squeeze your way into the trunk and get your keys. Tgeorge is right. You may be able to open the trunk from inside the car.
