My 2001 Cadillac Deville Keeps cutting off when i start it up sometimes?

My 2001 Cadillac Deville keeps cutting off when i start it up sometimes %26amp; when i'm either backing up or turning into a park every now %26amp; then. I had my battery change a while back ,then had the alternator change about a month ago %26amp; it's still doing the same thing. I'll check the amp reading on the dash board it'll start out as 15.0 then drop down to 12.2 or 11.9 %26amp; shut offMy 2001 Cadillac Deville Keeps cutting off when i start it up sometimes?it sounds more like a stall than a power issue. if its a stall i would say a vacum line.
