Anyone here know about the fuse box in a cadillac deville 1993?

I just recently brought a cadillac deville sedan 1993 and I was just wondering why the radio won't work...i checked the fuse box under the steering wheel and i noticed that some of the fuses were put in upside down..are they supposed to be in the same way? and how much do they cost?Anyone here know about the fuse box in a cadillac deville 1993?I think the radio fuse may be in the fuse box in the trunk. there is also a fuse box under the hood against the fire wall behind a plastic cover.Anyone here know about the fuse box in a cadillac deville 1993?under the hood you have two there one each sideAnyone here know about the fuse box in a cadillac deville 1993?ugh you cant put a fuse in upside down
